We just love supporting family businesses and Rustic Charm & Petals' owner, Sandy De Jesus and her three teenage daughters are absolutely adorable and their store is equally impressive. They have lots of fun casual women's clothing, jewelry, gifts, home decor and bath goods. Plus, their custom floral arrangements are amazing, using fresh cut flowers for a "beautiful and one of a kind with a little rustic charm from farm to home style".


We spotted these colorful San Pedro t-shirts and knew they were the perfect addition to our gardening attire. $30. They also have San Pedro long sleeves and sweaters. So cute!

3. House 1002


This place is a treasure trove for vintage house and garden goodies. Plan on spending some time shopping ... there is lots to explore here, both indoors in The Shop or outdoors in The Yard. 4. Crafted at the Port of Los Angeles


We can't say enough great things about Crafted and all its wonders. Crafted is located in a huge warehouse and boasts over 100 local artists and craftspeople showcasing their works from fine art, painting, photography, jewelry, furniture, leather goods, carvings and gift items all available to purchase. Crafted is open Friday to Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.


We are in love with Adewole Arts Clay Kitchen handmade pottery to show off all our freshly harvested garden goodies. Inspired by the traditional clay work of African women, heavily influenced by California beaches, fabric and an undying love of color ... these vessels are just beautiful.

5. Brouwerij West


You are sure to work up a thirst at Crafted and lucky for you, right next door is San Pedro's own craft brewery, On the weekends there is a food truck for some tasty grub and like Crafted, it is very spacious both inside and outside. Perfect for social distancing socializing. Check out their Instagram page for the weekly Food Truck Schedule @brouwerijwest. Don't forget to pick up some cans to enjoy some bevys at home! After all, nothing is better than a crisp cold brew (they have seltzer too!) after a day working in the garden!
